Using this website

The information on clickdesigns.info is general and may change. We try to keep it accurate, but we can't guarantee it's always complete or up to date.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars and are a guide. We're not registered for GST, so no GST is added to our prices. Every project gets a written, fixed quote before any work starts, and that quote is what you agree to. Prices in other currencies are approximate conversions.

Domain names

Domain names are registered year by year. We pass the yearly registration fee on at cost, with no markup, and remind you before it's due. The domain is registered in your name.

Projects

The scope, timeline, payment schedule and number of revisions for each project are set out in your quote. Unless agreed otherwise, we ask for a 50% deposit to begin and the balance at launch.

Your content

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any text, images or logos you give us. Once your project is paid in full, the finished website design belongs to you.

Hosting and care plans

Monthly plans continue until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, and we'll help you move your site if you'd like to.

Examples on this website

ClickDesigns is a new studio. Projects marked "Concept" are designs we created to show our style, not work for real clients, and reviews marked "Example" are illustrative, not quotes from real customers. We'll replace them with genuine work and reviews as projects are finished.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
